Chef’s Cutlery

Recently, I have developed a standardized profile for my Chef’s collection. It consists of a 8” Chef Knife, 6” Santuko, 4 1/2” Petty Chef, and 4 1/2” Paring knife. These knives are made from AEB-L Stainless steel and receive heat treatment and cryogenic treatment in my shop. I prefer to use G-10 for handles as this is a material well suited for kitchens. However, I also have an assortment of stabilized woods and other materials to suit your preferences and kitchen décor.
